Fuk Tuck Chee Association Objectives and annual activities in 2016 Objectives: 1. To promote the worship of "Tu Di Gong" and "Tu Di Po" 2. To support and assist social charity, and 3. To furtherance of the above objectives, to unify all the believers and to further mutual aid and co-operation. Review of Year 2016 Activities 1. Daily chanting, 2. Volunteering activities for celebration of "Tu Di Gong Bao Dan" and others, 3. On the 10th day of the first five months of each Chinese Lunar New Year, the temple prays to "Tu Di Gong" and "Fu Fang Tu" to wish for good luck all year round, 4. Helps other Charity Organizations Fund raising. Events during the whole year: 1. January New Year celebration gathering among committee members and members of other temples, 2. Chinese New Year spring cleaning and decoration of temple: a. In the first 15 days of Chinese New Year, commit members volunteer their services at the temple, b. On 7th day of Chinese New Year, "Lo Hei" buffet is provided for all committee members, volunteers, and believers to wish for good luck for the coming year, 3. "Tu Di Gong Bao Dan" celebration from 8th to 11th February, 4. May Annual General Meeting, yearly affairs and financial statements will be reported and discussed, 5. Dumpling Festival celebration on 9th June, 6. Hungry Ghost Festival celebration on 15th August, 7. Mid-Autumn Festival celebration on 15th September, 8. End of year praying on 13th January 2017
